By using CurvePoint you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This is a software licence, not a professional engineering engagement.
What CurvePoint is
CurvePoint is a pump system and curve analysis tool. Reports, sketches, friction estimates, NPSH checks, and overlays are for engineering review. They are not sealed calculations, stamped drawings, or a substitute for a licensed professional engineer. You are responsible for verifying inputs, methods, and results against manufacturer data and applicable codes.
Manufacturer curves
Performance sheets loaded from Gorman-Rupp (and any other OEM) remain the copyright of those manufacturers. CurvePoint links to publicly published PDFs for convenience. We do not claim those drawings. Always confirm the latest issue with the manufacturer or your distributor.
Accounts and subscriptions
Guest use is allowed; saved projects and Pro features require an account. CurvePoint Pro removes the preview watermark on reports. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Billing is handled by Stripe. You can cancel in the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. Free-tier reports may carry a “CurvePoint Preview” watermark.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to break in, scrape the manufacturer CDN through the app at unreasonable volume, or misrepresent CurvePoint output as a sealed professional work product.

The service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that calculations are complete, current, or fit for a particular application. To the extent permitted by law, CurvePoint and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on the output.
